Please read the consultation fee policy carefully before your appointment. Consultation fees start from ₹2500 and may go up to ₹4000, depending on the complexity of your case. The exact charge is decided by Dr. Tanvi after reviewing your medical condition. Whether it’s your first visit or a follow-up, the fees remain the same as your initial consultation. Charges are the same whether you consult in person in clinic or through audio/video call. Each consultation is limited to a maximum of 15–20 minutes. Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card (including international cards), Google Pay, Bank Transfer.  ⚠️ Note: Payments via credit/debit cards may attract additional transaction charges. If Dr. Tanvi advises blood tests during your consultation, you can return within 7 days with the reports for a free follow-up. After 7 days, full consultation charges apply again. There is no fixed discount policy. However, if Dr. Tanvi feels appropriate based on your case, a discretionary discount may be offered. Consultation fees include only the consultation. Additional services like lab reports, scans, medicines, or therapies will be charged separately. 5000 INR Consultation fee charges apply for patients located outside India / NRI / Indian and International travellers ( Irrespective of your passport status ) If your location is found to be outside India after making payment, you will need to pay the balance international consultation fees. Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend your online consultation, we will be happy to reschedule your slot. This is applicable only if informed minimum 2 hours before your scheduled online slot  We do not offer consultation or follow-up through WhatsApp messages or chats. Consultation is provided to only the enrolled patient. You may have one family member present to assist if the patient is elderly, a minor, or unwell. Group consultations involving relatives, therapists, dietitians, or doctors are strictly not allowed. If found, the appointment will be cancelled without refund. The consultation is valid only for the person booked. If you want advice for any other person, a separate appointment with applicable fees is required. These policies apply to all patients.
